Deciphering regulatory architectures from synthetic single-cell expression patterns

In our latest preprint, we introduce a scheme for running thermodynamically-constrained simulations of massively-parallel reporter assays (MPRAs). We argue that this approach provides a useful theoretical testbed that will inform the design of future experiments.
